This RA form will be completed by us and emailed back to you. Print out and include this form with your order.

5.  The goods must be returned via a Recorded Delivery service.

6.  Please note, if we do not receive the goods back from you it is your responsibility to make a claim to the parcel carrier.  We will not be able to refund you.

7.  Once we have received your order within 28 days, we will credit your card or issue a cheque refund depending upon your original payment method excluding our original shipping costs/charges.

10.  Refunds issued to credit cards may take up to 5-10 days. If the refund is unsuccessful due to credit card processing errors (IE: your credit card details have changed) a refund by cheque will be issued. Refunds by check may take up to 2-4 weeks.
